I was thinking about this last night and contemplating making a resolution that I have been wanting to make for a long, long time. I am going to give it my best shot and will try to give up drinking soda. I have a diet Coke habit of 4, 5, sometimes 6 or more cans a day. Not only is this bad for me, but it's also really, really expensive! I am thinking it will be best if I try to ween myself off of it and only have it as a special treat occasionally. Has anyone else done this? And do you have any advice on how to achieve success? Thanks!
